1. Warranty Coverage

• All Arsheen jewelry comes with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, covering issues such as stone loosening due to faulty setting, plating defects, or clasp/chain breakage under normal use.

2. What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in the metal setting, prongs, or clasp.
• Premature tarnishing or plating wear-off under normal wear conditions (excluding gold-plated pieces exposed to chemicals — see exclusions).
• Moissanite stone dislodging due to a setting fault (not due to impact/damage).

3. What Is NOT Covered

• Damage from accidental drops, impact, or rough handling.
• Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, chlorine, lotions, or harsh cleaning agents.
• Water damage, excessive sweating, or wearing jewelry during swimming/showering.
• Normal wear and tear over time (minor surface scratches, natural shine reduction).
• Unauthorized repairs or alterations done by a third party outside Arsheen.
• Loss or theft of the item.

4. Warranty Claim Process

• Customers must contact Arsheen's support team with proof of purchase (order number/invoice) and clear photos/video of the defect.
• Arsheen reserves the right to inspect the item before approving any warranty claim.
• Approved claims will be resolved via free repair or replacement of the same/similar item — refunds are not offered under warranty claims (refunds are governed separately by the Refund Policy).

5. Claim Timeline

• Warranty claims must be raised within 1 year of the delivery date.
• Once approved, repair/replacement will be processed within 10–15 business days.

6. Shipping for Warranty Claims

• Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to Arsheen using a tracked/insured courier.
• If the claim is approved, Arsheen will cover the return shipping cost of the repaired/replacement item back to the customer.

7. Care Instructions (to Maintain Warranty Validity)

• Store jewelry in the provided pouch/box when not in use.
• Avoid contact with water, perfume, and chemicals.
• Remove jewelry before sleeping, exercising, or doing household chores.
• Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth only.

8. Warranty Transferability

• This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable if the item is resold or gifted, unless proof of original purchase is provided.
