- Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days before dispatch (custom/engraved pieces may take 5–7 business days due to craftsmanship time).
Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
- Shipping Time & Delivery
Standard delivery: 4–7 business days within the United States, depending on location.
Remote areas may take an additional 2–3 days.
Estimated delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed due to courier or weather-related delays.
- Shipping Charges
Shipping is completely FREE on all orders within the United States — no minimum order value required.
- Packaging & Security
Every order is shipped in tamper-proof, secure packaging with the brand's signature box, certificate, and pouch.
Since items are high-value, packaging is discreet (no visible branding on the outer parcel) to reduce theft/damage risk in transit.
- Tracking
A tracking number will be shared via SMS/email/WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.
Customers are encouraged to track their order and be available at the time of delivery.
- Insured Shipping
All orders are shipped via insured and tracked courier service only, given the value of moissanite jewelry — free of cost to the customer.
This protects both the customer and the brand in case of loss or damage during transit.
- Delayed or Lost Shipments
If a shipment is delayed beyond the estimated window, customers may contact support for an update.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, a full refund or free replacement will be provided after investigation.
- International Shipping (if applicable)
International orders may be subject to customs duties/taxes, which are the customer's responsibility (shipping itself remains free).
International delivery timelines: 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
- Delivery Verification
As per the Return & Exchange Policy, an unboxing video is required at the time of delivery to validate any damage or shipping-related claims.
